TABLAS CREEK ROSE

73% grenache, 17% mourvedre, 6% counoise, 4% syrah. Tablas Creek Vineyard, founded by the Perrin family of Chateau de Beaucastel and Robert Haas of Vineyard Brands, is dedicated to the grape varietals traditional to France's Rhone Valley. We source the grapes for Patelin de Tablas from some of Paso Robles' top Rhone-style vineyards: Hollyhock 34%; Kamridge 18%; Starr Ranch 12%; Derby 11%; Beckwith 8%; Cass 7%; Clauteire 6%; Tablas Creek 4%. Patelin de Tablas Rose is based on the fruit and spice of grenache, bolstered by the structure and richness of mourvedre, syrah, and counoise.
